Before you call
A few helpful answers.
What is the difference between the two fan types?
A bathroom exhaust fan removes air from the bathroom through a duct to the outside. A whole-house fan serves a different purpose: air circulation for the home. We can help identify which service you need.
Is bathroom ducting included?
Ducting is included in the complete new-installation option. The replacement price assumes the existing duct route can remain in use.
Can you replace a noisy bathroom fan?
Yes, when the existing opening, ducting, wiring, and access support the replacement or can be modified. We confirm the scope first.
What about permits?
We identify any required permits and inspections in your written estimate and coordinate them as part of the agreed work.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Sacramento and nearby communities, including Citrus Heights, Roseville, Folsom, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Orangevale, Rocklin, and Granite Bay. Call to confirm your address.
